'Seberg' Trailer: Kristen Stewart Stars as New Wave Icon Jean Seberg

The trailer for Benedict Andrews' Jean Seberg biopic "Seberg" released a few hours ago. "Seberg" sees Kristen Stewart taking on the skin of American actress who became the face of French New Wave Cinema. The movie is inspired by real events about Jean Seberg, who in the late 1960s was targeted by Hoover's FBI, because of her political and romantic involvement with civil rights activist Hakim Jamal.



"Seberg" is co-written by Joe Shrapnel and Anna Waterhouse and directed by Benedict Andrews, with Marina Acton, Fred Berger, Kate Garwood, Stephen Hopkins, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones,Bradley Pilz, and Alan Ritchson producing. The movie stars Kristen Stewart, Jack O'Connel, Anthony Mackie, Margret Qualley, Zazie Beatz, Vince Vaughn, Colm Meaney, and Yvan Attel in pivotal roles.

"Seberg" had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on August 30,2019 and will be available to stream on Amazon Prime on December 13, 2019.
