Singer Nicole Scherzinger says she is `very close` to TV host Sharon Osbourne.
The two forged a close bond when they worked on TV show `The X Factor` together and Scherzinger is grateful she can move on to Osbourne for seeking advice, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: `I am very close to Sharon Osbourne - I can tell her everything. She's really like my LA mom.`
