According to Deadline, the film is being helmed by 'Hobbs & Shaw' director David Leitch, who will also supervise the script which will be written by Zak Olkewicz. Ryosuke Saegusa and Yuma Terada of CTB Inc., who represent Isaka and the IP, are executive producers on the project. On the work front, Brad Pitt was last seen in 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood', directed by Quentin Tarantino, for which he won his career-first acting Oscar. On the other side, Joey King has last seen the Netflix original film, 'The Kissing Booth 2' which was released on July 24th.
