Tom Cruise has reportedly hired a minder to look after girlfriend Katie Holmes.
The female minder, Jessica Rodriguez, who is also a Scientology believer like Cruise, follows Katie everywhere she goes while she promotes her new film "Batman Begins,"
reports Internet portal Ananova.
Tom is a strong believer in Scientology and it is reported that Katie too is converting to the religion.
A source said: "Tom pays Jessica to 'keep Katie on the path'. She goes everywhere. She says 'I'm Katie's best friend'. But she's only known her six weeks."
