Born as Nirmala Nagpal, Saroj Khan began her career as a child artist at the age of three with the film 'Nazarana'. Her hard work and priceless efforts placed her on the top of the choreographers' list. She choreographed one of the most iconic dance numbers in Bollywood. In the career span of forty years, she choreographed nearly 2000 songs and got several awards. On July 3rd, 71 years old veteran succumbed to cardiac arrest and left this world.
