You may think procuring and consuming drugs wouldn't let anyone be a prime suspect in the eyes of government agencies but if you are caught with narcotic drugs then for sure you will be arrested for possessing such substances. Amid the late Sushant Singh Rajput's death controversy, in which the drug angle has become one of the highlighted issues in the case and now people are becoming more curious to know about the drug history in Bollywood. Even before this incident, many rich and famous B-town celebs have been arrested for possessing drugs in the tinsel town. Kangana Ranaut
Kangana Ranaut who has claimed that 99% of Bollywood engages in the use of drugs and also among those stars who consumed drugs in past. As in a 2016 interview, Kangana Ranaut's ex-boyfriend Adhyayan Suman said that he got into a huge fight with Kangana after he refused to do cocaine at her birthday party in 2008. A video is also going viral on social media where the actress accepted, 'Soon as I ran away from my house, I became a film star in a couple of years and a drug addict.'

Honey Singh
In 2014, the famous rapper-singer Honey Singh mysteriously disappeared from public life. It was rumored that he was in a rehabilitation center and was reportedly visited by musician Jassi but later on Jassi denied this news and called it fake. On the other side, Honey never publicly said anything about being a drug addict and reveals that it wasn't an addiction that retired him temporarily but a struggle with bipolar disorder.

Vijay Raaz
In 2005, Vijay Raaz was allegedly caught at the Dubai airport for possession of drugs. He said that six grams of marijuana had been found in his hand luggage. But later on, he was declared innocent by Dubai authorities and released from the drug charges.

Prateik Babbar
Raj Babbar's son and actor Prateik Babbar admitted in the past that he started with marijuana and hashish at the age of 13 and later on developed an addiction to cocaine and acid. In an interview, the actor stated, 'My first real drug was a disturbed childhood. Constantly faced with an internal dilemma, the voices in my head debating where I belong and who I am, and drugs came disguised as a glitzy escape. As the years went by, I got acquainted with the narcotic underbelly, which led me to my first run-in with drugs at the age of 13.'

Fardeen Khan
Fardeen Khan son of veteran actor Feroz Khan was arrested by the Mumbai police for drug possession (cocaine) on May 5th, 2001. After that Fardeen underwent a detoxification course in the same year and claimed that he had attempted to buy only one gram of cocaine against NCB claim that nine grams of cocaine were found from him. In 2012, the actor Fardeen Khan was granted bail with immunity in the drug case.

Sushant Singh Rajput
On June 14th, Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide at his home in Bandra, at age 34. In 2014, Mamta Kulkarni and her husband Vicky Goswami were a prime accused in a multi-crore drug racket and were detained in a joint operation carried out by the US agency and the local Mombasa police. The actress was in love with the drugs mafia Vicky Goswami and in 2001 she said goodbye to Bollywood and settled in Dubai with Vicky.

Rhea Chakraborty who is the prime suspect of late Sushant Singh Rajput sudden demise is arrested by the NCB over the drug charges. Along with her, brother Showik is also framed by the agency in the drug case. NCB has filed a case against her under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

Sanjay Dutt
Sanjay Dutt has always been a controversial child. In 1982 Sanjay Dutt was arrested in a drug case for which he was sentenced to 5-month jail. Later on, his father and politician Sunil Dutt apparently took him to a rehabilitation center in Texas, USA. The actor also opened up about his drug addiction and stated, 'My journey with substance abuse has been about 12 years. There are no drugs in the world that I have not done.'
