Prachi Desai has been signed up to play the lead opposite Emraan Hashmi in The Informer.
Working with the Bhatts comes with a prerequisite condition - the female lead has to be bold enough to do what the role demands: Bips, Mallika Sherawat, Jacqueline Fernandes for example.
Prachi and Emraan have earlier worked together in Once Upon A Time but Prachi had put her foot down and refused to lock lips with the kisser boy.
She didn't budge from her stand then and got away with it. But now it looks like she will have to alter her stand for the Bhatt's film.
The Bhatts have strictly told her that she will have to loosen up and shed all her inhibitions if she wants to be in the film. She will also have to give up on her no-kissing clause.
A source says, 'Prachi has played the girl-next-door roles but now she has agreed to undergo a complete image makeover.'
Prachi has been changing her look and going bolder. She had also done a bare-all photo shoot recently, which is one of the first few steps towards changing her image.
