Catalina Robayo, the Colombian representative in Miss Universe, has sparked a controversy by going commando in one of the pageant events.

Not Done !
She was reprimanded by the Miss Universe Organization after pictures of her sans panties were taken at a pageant event and circulated on the internet.
'Colombia had to be spoken to and told she needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate... People have been pretty upset by it; there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out.' -
Tongue Tied
President of the Miss Universe Organization, Paula Shugart, was reportedly 'floored' when she heard what happened, Donald Trump has not commented, but he probably likes the publicity!

Dressing Code
Shugart said, 'Our supervisors talked to all of the contestants about dressing appropriately, and one of our PR people spoke to her (Robayo) and apparently she said she was wearing underwear. But regardless, it created quite a stir here for a few days.'

22 years old Roboyo had on a short bright coral dress and was sitting down – and didn't have her legs crossed like she should have. She has now been instructed to wear her panties at public Miss Universe events .

The Miss Universe pageant will be held this year in Sao Paolo, Brazil, on September 12. Though Miss Colombia was not amongst the early online favorites, it's quite probable that she will vault into the Top 10 of fan favorites...and will be very closely watched from now on.
