Kareena Kapoor tore off her Roberto Cavalli gown for the shooting of 'Criminal' song in SRK's Ra.One. The dress was long and Bebo wasn't feeling her sexy self in it, so she decided to cut it short... and oooh lala it did work !
Manish Malhotra came up with the idea to shorten the length of the dress. 'We chopped the gown on the sets. The song required that. We cut it out and it worked for the better. Kareena looked hot and we are getting super response to it,' Manish is quoted as saying.
Kareena Kapoor confirmed the incident saying 'The dress that I wear in the song was actually cut from a gown. The look needed to be glamorous. It was Manish's idea and I think it was great. It was a Roberto Cavalli gown made in to a sexy dress.'
Kareena has always been applauded for her sense of style, be it personal or in her movies. Even in the song 'Chammak Challo' she looks bala ki khoobsurat in that Red saree.
Her designer wardrobe in 'Kambakht Ishq', her earthy look in 'Jab We Met' especially those T-shirts and salwars which became a rage and even her sarees that she wears with aplomb... all ooze style and sexiness.
There was no way Bebo would've compromised on one her biggest projects Ra.One. Way to go Kareena, we love your style !
