There's a whole lot of confusion as to which two hot babes of Tinsel Town will star in the steamy sequel to Race, opposite Saif Ali Khan.

Deepika Out
It was earlier confirmed that Deepika Padukone and Sonakshi SInha will be the female leads of the movie. But due to clash of dates with Ayaan Mikherjee's Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (with ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor), Dips walked of Race 2 and preferred Ayaan's movie.
A source also said, 'Deepika felt that her pairing with Saif needs a break after Love Aaj Kal, Aarakshan and Cocktail. When the dates for 'Race 2' and Ayan's film clashed, she opted for the latter.' -
Priyanka NOT In
As Deepika quit the movie, rumor mills started buzzing about Priyanka Chopra stepping in for her role. But soon after, the air was cleared by Producer Ramesh Turani that Priyanka is not a part of the project, in fact they were trying their best to get Dippy back.

Deepika Back Again
Dips darling has made it back to the star cast of Race 2 now. The differences have been sorted out the dates have been re-scheduled to match with her and apparently... the remuneration has also been increased.
Ahem... looks like it does actually pay off when you act pricey. -
Sonakshi Out
Okay, so all this drama of wooing Deepika back, cost our Sona darling the film. With re-scheduling of dates, Sonakshi's dates were now clashing with Dabangg 2. So she had to opt out of the movie.
Poor Sonakshi's dream of coming in a Hot avatar and shedding the gaon ki gori image will now have to wait. -
Jacqueline IN !
Someone's loss is always another's gain. This time, the Sri-Lankan beauty, who has become hot favorite of 'juntaa' after her sensuous Murder 2 performance, stands to gain. Ramesh Turani confirmed the new saying, 'Yes, we have signed Jacqueline in place of Sonakshi. We start shooting in November.'
Psst... we also hear that Jacqueline turned down Krishh 2 opposite Hrithik Roshan on behest of her boyfriend Sajid Khan.
