Disasters Of 2011 !
2011 has been a joy ride year for Bollywood with so many big budget movies raking in the moolah. But a few good contenders couldn't even manage to pull a respectable number of audience to the multiplexes.
Here are a few such cine disasters which flunked in 2011. -
Desi Boyz
Debutant Rohit Dhawan's fun film starring Akshay Kumar and John Abraham, in the lead, was expected to ingeminate the success of the their previous release Garam Masala. But the movie could manage meagre a 50% occupancy on release and further drop of 80% in the second week of release.

Rascals
This David Dhawan con game story starring Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut was one of the most un-welcomed movies this year. Although there were some hot scenes of Kangana in the movie, but it could only fetch the metaphors like tasteless gags and poor comedy etc.

Mausam
The directorial debut of veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor's Love-Separation saga, starring Shahid and Sonam, couldn't do much at the Box office.
Though the performance of Shahid Kapoor was praised by critics but if its about the all round performance then the movie falls in the losers list. -
Thank You
The multi-starer romantic comedy, starring Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol andf Suniel Shetty, failed to impress the audience with a negative review at the opening.
The movie was classed as a shoddy and a badly scripted piece of work by the critics. -
Chatur Singh Two Star
Sanjay Dutt faced a much humiliating Court Marshal in the jury of audience for giving a third degree torture to the masses.
The movie could only manage 13 Crores worldwide, and have been declared as one of the biggest flops of the year. -
7 Khoon Maaf
Vishal Bhardwaj's Drama Thriller starring Priyanka Chopra as an Anglo-Indian lady in search of true love, managed to attain average rating by barely managing to recover its cost.
Though Priyanka was awarded Dada Sahab Phalke Academy award for her role, but over all the movie was one of the Box Office crawlers of 2011.
