Well it may sound absurd to millions of SRK fans, but nowadays it looks like age old stardom of King Khan has finally started overpowering his humble persona.
Some of the recent controversies and claims associated with Shah Rukh seems so over puffed with pride, that it makes one feel that this once humble star has now got incarcerated within the confines of supercilious stardom.

Spat With MCA Officials
The recent stigma which may lead to a lifetime ban on SRK's entry in Wankhede stadium is his alleged misbehavior with the official deployed at the stadium.
The buzz suggests that SRK lost his cool and abused the officials of MCA, when he was refused an entry in the field post the victory of KKR over Mumbai Indians. -
Flighty Tongue
Some may call it SRK's style statement or his joyous way of addressing, but in a few recent interviews Shah Rukh seemed slightly away from his pet humble style of conversation.
Recently during an interview on being asked about his coping up with his hectic schedule King Khan surprised many by his boastful and inappropriate word usage. Khan stated that, I'm a f---ing superstar, man! I live in a presidential suite. I go cheer for my team, wish them luck, I get to chat up with people outside work--and I enjoy it.'
In another similar incident on being asked about Ganguly's return to KKR as mentor, SRK stated, I'm the mentor of this team. The owner of this team. The hero of this team. I'm the God of this team.'

Smoking Star
Another controversy which recently entrapped this star of millions was, for his publicly puffing a cigarette at Sawai Maan Singh Stadium Jaipur, for which he was even summoned by the Jaipur trial court.
Now the million dollar questions which arise here are, 'Is SRK ignorant about any such guideline of the court?' or Is it his starry vanity which encourages him to break the norms?' -
Slapgate Incident
Fans witnessed the unpleasant side of SRK a few month back also, when King Khan slapped Shirish Kunder at success party of Agneepath organised by Sanajay Dutt.
Though the issue resolved amicably by SRK and Kunder, but still it left a stigma on the humble image of Shah Rukh.
