Cannes film fest 2012 witnessed the style legacy of some of globally renowned cine-sorcerers, where the style icons of our very own Bollywood also flaunted their magnificent styles.
So let's have a style check at the fantastic style statements, that our tinsel town citizens flaunted during the entire course of 65th Cannes Film Fest. -
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Amid the hue and cry about her being out of shape, Aish walked down the red carpet in a dark grey gown by Elie Saab, which completely failed in hiding the extra pounds gained by this 'Bachchan Bahurani'.
For amFar Gala, Aish opted for a cream chikankari sari and embroidered jacket designed by Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla.
For photocall Aish flaunted a monochrome maxi dress designed by Australian designer Angelo Katsapis and a floral kaftan by Roberto Cavalli. -
Sonam Kapoor
On her second voyage to Cannes style diva of Bollywood, Sonam didn't forget to pick any of the opportunities to flaunt her taste for style.
To exhibit her style legacy, Sonam opted for a red Dolce and Gabbana dress teamed up with red shoes and lipstick.
For photo call Sonam went casual with a Marni skirt and top, styled by her sister Rhea, whereas to scorch up the closing ceremony she donned a black Alexander McQueen tulle gown. -
Mallika Sherawat
The amorous beauty of tinsel town, Mallika Sherawat also well-flaunted her inclination to beige nude attires in the Cannes.
During her walk on the red carpet Mallika almost had an oops moment with a side view of her peeking assets, but it's only these bindass traits of Mallika which make her fans fall for her. -
Frieda Pinto
Bollywood's gorgeous gift to Hollywood Frieda Pinto also emerged as one of the hottest head turners of Cannes Film Fest.
At fest Frieda donned a Michael Angel gown with a multi-coloured bodice and thigh high split, followed by a black sequined Versace gown again with a slit, for the Opening Night Dinner.
Frieda's stupendous show of style and charm continued through out her stay at Cannes, where she later flaunted her elegance with her stylish range of attires comprising of lime green Atelier,cropped tops with matching skirts and denim sandals. -
Arjun Rampal
Our very own Ra.One and the brand ambassador of Chivas, Arjun Rampal walked down the red carpet along with wife Mehr Jessia in a classy formal black jacket teamed up with a pencil fit trousers, designed by designer Rohit Bal.
