With number of cine flicks lined up for release in the days ahead, with their plots rooted in the real life incidents, it looks like finally real life cantatas are finding their way into cine-world where Bollywood biggies are welcoming them with the open arms.

So here are a few such cine epics which are in someway inspired from the real life incidents.

Gangs of Wasseypur

Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur is based upon politico-coal mafia nexus of Dhanbad and is inspired from the story of Jharkhand politician Suryadev Singh, Binod Singh and Sakeldeo Singh who were convicted of their involvement in a murder.

Maximum

Starring Naseeruddin Shah and Sonu Sood in prominent roles, Kabeer Kaushik's upcoming cop tale Maximum, reportedly has its plot rooted in Mumbai's Politico-Land mafia nexus which was at its peak during early 2000.

Jailbreak

If buzz is to believed then cine producer Kumar Mangat also intends to bring the story of notorious bikini killer Charles Sobhraj's on the celluloid in the cine flick Jailbreak.

Reportedly the movie will showcase Charles Sobhraj's escape from Delhi's Tihar Jail.

Shootout At Wadala

Sanjay Gupta's much talked about prequel of Shootout At Lokhandwala, Shootout At Wadla starring John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Kangna Ranaut, Sonu Sood and Manoj Bajpayee, will showcase Mumbai Police's first-ever registered shoot-out, in which gangster Manya Surve was shot dead.

The incident took place in Wadala in 1982.

Inspired by real life of Ranjit Don (main accused in CAT paper leak case), Rakesh Ranjan Kumar's upcoming cine Marksheet featuring Zoa Morani-Imran Zahid will make an attempt to uncover the scams in India's education sector.
