Urvashi's Journey to Bigg Boss Title
After almost 14 weeks, amid adrenaline shooting thrill finally Urvashi emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss season 6. After starting her career from small screen this was one of the greatest achievements that this small screen vamp has succeeded in attaining.

The Beginning
The journey began for Urvashi at the age age of 6 when she shared the screen with Revati for a Lux soap commercial.
Post that she made her television debut at the age of eight with the TV serial by Shri Adhikari Brothers, 'Waqt Ki Raftar', where she was seen as a child artist. -
Major Breakthrough
But the major breakthrough for Urvashi came with Anand Mahendru directed sitcom 'Dekh Bhai Dekh' (1993) where she played the character of Kirti, the teenage love interest of Vishal Singh.

Personal Life
Unlike her onscreen career the personal life of this otherwise talented actress was full of doldrums. She married at the age of 16 and was blessed with twin sons but one-and -a -half year after that she got divorced.

Recognition came to Urvashi's life when she re-entered the small screen arena with 'Kasauti Zindagi Ki' as Komolika. The series ran for almost 7 years and fetched tons of attention for Urvashi, who turned into the vamp icon of the small screen with her performance.
In fact her character of Komolika became an unofficial yardstick to rate bad women on small screen. -
Filmography
Though, Urvashi could not make it big in Bollywood, but she tried her luck with Bhojpuri and Malyalam cinema where she did a B-Grade romantic erotic Malayalam movie 'Swapnam' which was very much acclaimed due to her Hot scenes.
