Unforgettable 98 against Pak
Battle of arch rivals, India and Pakistan always soars the mercury to the highest possible level of the gauge.
During 2003 World Cup, India was required to chase down a demanding total of 273 against Pakistan, which had a fiery pace attack decorated with Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis and Shoaib Akhtar. But our master blaster provided a breezy start to the entire Indian inning, with his 98 (in 75 balls with 12 boundaries and a six). Subsequently, his performance in the WC earned him the man of the series award. -

Memorable 175 against Kangaroos
To chase a massive score as high as 351 is never too easy, and when it is against a team like Australia then difficulties become more steep.
But India successfully chased the grand score at Hyderabad in 2009, when Sachin amassed a massive score of 175 runs in just 141 deliveries, with not much support from the other end. -

The Desert Storm! Inning of Sharjah
How can one forget master blasters memorable knock of 143 off 131 balls against Australia in 1998 at Sharjah.
That inning of Sachin is literally a memorable one, because India needed to win the match to qualify for the finals of the Coca Cola Cup. And believe me it was the God himself, who was at the striker's end.
After match the master of spin Shane Warne was also caught quoting that 'I'll be going to bed having nightmares of Sachin just running down the wicket and belting me back over the head for six. He was unstoppable. I don't think anyone, apart from Don Bradman, is in the same class as Sachin Tendulkar. He is just an amazing player.'
