Game Over! Sanjay Dutt to surrender
So finally it's almost certain that Sanjay has to go to jail to complete his remaining incarceration period. Ever-since court gave its verdict over Sanjay grapevine was crowded with speculations about Dutt's destiny.
Although initially, Dutt exclaimed that he will honor the decision of the apex court and will not go for a review petition. But later on he ended up pleading mercy on one or the other ground, which were subsequently refused by SC.
Now as it is almost final that Dutt will surrender tomorrow, let's have a look at the futile efforts which he made in order to escape the incarceration. -
Withdrawal of Surrender request at Yerwada
Latest in the list of Sanju Baba's futile efforts is his request for surrendering at, Yerwada Jail instead of special TADA court on the pretext of threats from the fundamentalists.
If buzz is to be believed then while taking a dramatic U-turn Sanju has now withdrew his request. -
Review Petition rejected
Just a few days back, Dutt's review petition was rejected by the apex court which was filed by him on the pretext that some of his cine assignments are yet to be completed and, hence he may be awarded with more time for surrender.

Under God's Patronage
Soon after the directions of Supreme court, Sanju took a resort under Almighty's umbrella and was seen taking a dip in the reservoir of spirituality at, Peetambra Peeth in Datia district of Madhya Pradesh.

Sanju's Loyalists Swung into action
When Sanju's incarceration was announced, within no time his well wishers swung into action and even forwarded their pleas to central ministry and governor of Maharashtra demanding his acquittal.
But even on that front nothing much could be achieved. -
Only a friend in need is friend indeed
If reports are to be believed then in his plea for extension in surrender date, Sanju mentioned about his remaining work in Aamir starrer PK.
But his this plea somewhat boom ranged when good friend, Aamir at an event innocently quoted that Sanju is done with his part in PK and is now spending time with his family. -
He is a Philanthropist
Earlier when final hearing was going on for the case, at that time, Sanjay's advocate tried to take a plea of charity works done by him and also made a mention of his contribution to humanity.
But even that request of Sanjay's defense couldn't do any miracles and Baba was sentenced for completing his remaining jail tenure.
