Singer-actress Demi Lovato has put her house for sale after three failed attempts.

The 22-year-old, whose best friend Miley Cyrus resides just next to the house, has put her home in Toluca Lake on the market for a fourth time, with a price tag of $2.225 million, reports tmz.com.

Lovato bought the six-bedroom property in 2011 for $1.53 million, but has spent little time in it ever since.

The `Camp Rock` star left it in 2012 to move into a sober living house where she stayed for more than a year.
