Australian Airlines Asks Instagram Model to 'Cover Up' as Her Crop Top was 'Too Small'
Earlier this week, a model had a traumatic experience while flying with her husband on a flight from Australia's Gold Coast to Melbourne and felt "discriminated and humiliated." We're talking about Isabelle Eleanore, the model of OnlyFans, who boarded the JetStar flight, dressed in a black top and denim, but was stopped by a member of the cabin crew when she was told her top was 'inappropriate.'

Isabelle had been asked by the flight attendant to wear a scarf. At this point, the model did not have a jacket, so the flight attendant met with her staff and arranged a jacket for her.

Isabelle said "I walk on the plane and show my ticket, and the woman goes, 'Oh, do you have a jumper?' I'm like no I don't have a jumper, expecting her to be like, 'You're going to be really cold'."

Isabelle said that a flight attendant looked at me and asked if I had any jumper or jacket that I could wear? :I felt that it is asking that I do not get cold because maybe it can be cold in Melbourne right now."

She added, "So they made a huge scene when I stepped on the plane and made me wait in front of everyone while they searched for something to cover me up with. Then I had to walk all the way to my seat wearing this vest . This is discrimination and humiliation Jet Star Australia. Apparently my top is too small and I couldn't fly without covering up. If I had small breasts I guarantee they wouldn't have said anything."

She posted a picture of her outfit on Instagram & captioned it- "The outfit that almost got me kicked off the plane.. I love living in the 1920's @jetstaraustralia." This is what she was wearing at that time-

So, on social media, Isabelle issued a statement and said, "To be publicly shamed and humiliated over a clothing item, and/or the exposure of skin is archaic and discriminatory behaviour." After which, the spokesperson of the JetStar airlines apologized to her and said the flight attendant had a certain misconception of the airlines' policy. The airline issued an apology to the model.

Taking to Twitter, the model posted a video along with the caption, "I almost got kicked off the plane for what I was wearing!! This is ridiculous.. I was humiliated, degraded and discriminated against."

The model added, "They have forced me to put on a hi-vis vest. I am lost.... is it 1921 not 2021?"

Eleanore posted a follow-up to her Instagram account framing the incident as a breach of freedom. She wrote, "The reason this is striking a chord with so many people isn't a reflection on me, but a reflection on society, and the belief that society should be able to dictate what is acceptable for people (more so women) to wear and do."

To be publicly shamed and humiliated over a clothing item and/or the exposure of skin is archaic and discriminatory behaviour, " the model added
