In a landmark move, Panjab Warriors has received official clearance from the English Football League (EFL) to proceed with the acquisition of Morecambe Football Club, signalling the start of a promising new chapter in the club's storied journey.

Led by Kuljeet Singh Momi, the Panjab Warriors group has been involved with the club since mid-2024, providing crucial financial support and presenting a vision centered on sustainability, inclusivity, and long-term growth.

This historic move makes Morecambe the first-ever Sikh-owned club in the English Football League.

Momi has pledged to invest in the club's future - from youth development to infrastructure and fan engagement. His goal is to build long-term success while staying true to Morecambe's roots.
