Two estate agents are due to stand trial accused of stealing semi-nude photographs of Patsy Kensit.
Michael Sulkin, 39, of Eton Avenue, Swiss Cottage, north London and Howard Kayman, from Winscombe Way, Stanmore, west London allegedly took the Polaroid photographs from the home she shared with Liam Gallagher.
According to the single theft charge, which the men deny, the offence was committed between July 6 and August last year. The hearing, at London's Snaresbrook Crown Court, is expected to last a week.
