Punjab Assembly Elections and more...

Webmaster: Santa, Santa come quickly, the webmaster without you gets jittery!

Santa: Maa sha ala! Hun tussi ve shahyer ho gaye!

Webmaster: Tuhaada hi asar hai, sangat da asar taan painda hi hai!

Santa: Meri naukari nu na khatra pa dena!

Webmaster: Santa is Santa, we would be nothing without you. You are numero uno.

Santa: hahaha! Hoshiyar hoge tussi vi!

Webmaster: Ki gup-shupp hai!

Santa: Bahut kuchh hai! Assembly elections-Inder Devtaa( read Badal), Maharaja and the commoners. Laloo again- how would Indians and humourists survive without this creature. Cricket- our love-hate relationship with it, or rather with cricketers and its administrators. Our lovely neighbours- Pakistan and their demi-God Osama Sahib. ISI can't be far behind-from Kathmandu, they move to Kandahar and now they attack at Kolkatta. Media is working extra-time.

Webmaster: I thought that we are passing through lean period. And you always come up with so many things under your sleeve.

Santa: Sleeve kithe! It's too cold, say overcoat, the one NRIs love to flaunt at weddings in Punjab during winters. I wish they invite me there, even I would love to buy one from there. Or if there is some fan out there in America or Europe, please send me one. My size is 40. This time it has snowed in Kasauli after 5 years. So cold is unbearable. You see the K word here also. At this rate, I would have to change my name to Kanta.

Webmaster: Kamaal hai! K di!

Santa: Again K.

Webmaster: What about election scene in Punjab?

Santa: Hazy, no one has the edge. Only the electorate, but the educated don't care to vote. They remain busy discussing the election scene and the candidates and parties' prospects. But when it comes to voting, they rather laze around at home. Then they blame the politicians. They are the biggest culprits, those who don't vote. I beg these over-educated electorates to exercise their right to franchise.

Webmaster: You are right. I extend the appeal at least to our viewers. Have your heard about Jaspal Singh Bhatti's Non-sense Club( I would call it no nonsense Club) launching Suit-case party?

Santa: Very much, he delivers his message. How right he is, bring suit-case of money and get your work done. Khuli sarkar. K again. But every party is the same. Accountability is absent. If it is suit-cases this time, it would be wire transfer next time. It makes difference when you have more educated against the Jathedars.

Webmaster: Chukk de phatte!

Santa: It is Chakk de phatta! Haven't yo heard Ghuggi's 'Cycle Mittran Di' . The residents of BIMARU states would rule Punjab very soon. Punjabis don't work, they pass orders to the migrant labour. They would order them with the passage of time. Politicians are not worried about the influx of population to Punjab. They only consider them as their vote banks. Only Note Banks and Vote Banks are their concern. Who cares , if the coffers of the government are empty; central aid and RBI Zindabad!

Webmaster: Let's talk of another politician, Mr. Laloo the great. His antics on the Republic Day. First he played with Indian law, now he is playing with emotions of the Indians.

Santa: Don't blame him. We shall blame the electorate and the lax laws. He should have been consigned to some Zoo by now. So that Indians could enjoy his antics without any harm to anyone, even the kids would love this wonderful creature. And he should be transferred to different Zoos for the benefit of the people in different parts of India, instead of different Courts for bail. People would pay to watch him and he won't be a burden on tax-payers' money anymore.

Webmaster: Could you please comment something on the 'Nothing Official about it' National game of India?

Santa: Kricket!!! I love this game- and I hate it at times. The English left India but they are back with their back towards the wall. When would the most developed countries become civilized? They are so loud-mouthed. They can't accept defeat with honour. They must make an issue of defeats. It is Naseer Hussian at one time and Flintoff at other. Look what has the English weather has done to born-in-Chennai Naseer. He seems to have forgotten his roots. Or are the English paid extra for this attitude by the ECB? Sehwag-the gutsy Punjabi is teaching them some lessons by some hard-hitting in retaliation to hard words by the English.

Webmaster: What about Pakis and Mr Sick?

Santa: They are our neighbours. We must love them. ##&&**%%@?#++ Sorry for the break( bad throat). I read that Mr Osama got his dialysis done in Pakistan. I think the Indian army should do the dialysis of the whole of Pakistan, fire some Agnis in their - - - and ISI would run to the loo saying I SI...

Webmaster: How do you sum everything?

Santa: Mera hisaab kamjor hai. Moreover, time for buying some cards and bouquets for my Valentine. So bye till next time.
