1. It's a true story

The film is the story of a simple Indian laborer who single-handedly broke through a mountain using nothing but a chisel and a hammer. He worked tirelessly for 22 years, all for the sake of love and the welfare of his community. With this film, the world will be exposed to the story of a real life hero

2. For Nawazuddin Siddiqui - A guy with a golden touch

In 'Bhajrangi Bhaijaan' and 'Badlapur' Nawazuddin showcased his ability to adapt to any role with ease. In 'Manjhi - The Mountain Man' he dons the avatar of Dashrath Manjhi, where passion, grit and determination are the essence of his character. Enough said!

3. For the gorgeous Radhika Apte

Radhika Apte has proved herself time and again with her choice of content-driven films. Recently, the actress received much praise for her role in 'Ahalya'. She will be seen as Dashrath Manjhi's wife who is his biggest inspiration. The actress is brilliant as Phagunia and plays the character with ease.

4. Hard-hitting dialogues

The dialogues are extremely impactful and will leave you impressed. 'Bhagwan ke bharose mat baithiye... ka pataa Bhagwan humre bharose baitha ho' echoes throughout the film and brings the message alive

5. Great music

The trailer of the film highlighted some wonderful that reflects the intensity of the story and the characters. The Manjhi Anthem, Dum kham composed by Hitesh Sonik is powerful song that embodies Dashrath Manjhi never-say-die spirit in a beautiful way. Being the story of a simple laborer from a village in Bihar, the music represents the region and the era very well
