Alia Bhatt

On the contrary Bhushan Kumar who is also co-producing the the movie don't seems to be too fascinated with the idea and is even ready to go ahead without Bhatts. Whatever but keeping in view the craze of Alia among the cine buffs, there is no denying the fact that her cuteness makes her an eligible contender to play her elder sister's memorable role.

Shraddha Kapoor

Parineeti Chopra

Although Parineeti is not there in league so far, but if we recall the spoiled-loud-mouthed belle kinda character of Pooja in the original then it looks quite identical to existing image of Parineeti.

So on the basis of this even PC Jr can be good choice to play the leading lady of Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahi remake.

Sonam Kapoor

With some of the recent movie Sonam has somewhat succeeded in proving that she has got some acting genes in her. Hence keeping in view her real life 'I don't give it a damn' kind of attitude Sonam can also be one of the good choices for the role.
