Celebrities who love to lift heavy

Female celebrities are usually associated with their beauty and their fashion sense. But here are some celebrities who are fit and strong enough and love their training routine.

Khloe Kardashian

Khloé Kardashian has a well-documented quest to stay strong and sexy. While she definitely mixes up her routine-doing everything from aerial workouts to boxing-weights has given her an edge. Especially when it comes to her rock-hard booty and the deadlifts she does to get it that way.

Miranda Kerr

Model and hot mama Miranda Kerr has spoken about her love of the Ballet Beautiful workout, but she's also been known to add weights to her routine before a runway show to 'amp things up.'

Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba isn't shy about the place that fitness has in her life. She makes it a priority while still finding a healthy balance for other things that make her happy. She's definitely one star who isn't afraid to mix up her routine, trying everything from yoga to CrossFit and, of course, working in that strength training with weights especially when she's training for a movie role.

Demi Lovato

Always spreading the message of body confidence and personal acceptance, Demi Lovato inspires you to take a new, lighthearted approach to fitness. But yes, she can also totally lift heavy weights bigger than her head while nailing perfect squat form.

Ellie Goulding

The secret to Ellie Goulding's strong, sculpted body? She truly loves working out and inspiring others—she's even been a pseudo-instructor herself before. She isn't afraid to push herself with added weights.

Martha Hunt

The fashion supermodel is always known for her beautiful body but she has maintained her sexy look only through rigorous fitness regime.

Lais Ribeiro

The look of this 26-year-old Brazilian model can make any man drools over her and she has managed to get that look only through her training routine.

Adriana Lima

This Brazilian supermodel also loves to train hard to stay in shape.
