So to know more about the aspect which series wins viewers, heart, Ormax Online conducted an online research survey on the most liked web-series and ranked the shows according to their popularity. So let's have a look at the list of Ormax's most liked Indian web series.

Panchayat - Amazon Prime

The Amazon prime series chronicles the life of an engineering graduate who joins as a Panchayat secretary in a remote village Phulera of Uttar Pradesh due to a lack of better job options. The series stars Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, and Biswapati Sarkar. With a heart touching story, Panchayat takes the tenth spot in the Ormax list of most liked series of all time.

Kota Factory - TVF

India's first black and white web series that follows the life of 16-year-old Vaibhav who moves to Kota to get into IIT. The series shows the life of students in the city, and how they are investing their time and hard work to get into IIT. Kota Factory shows the one-sided emphasis on the trauma that education brings in a student's life. The series stars Jitendra Kumar in the lead role. With its great storyline and style of presenting the student's struggle, the series grabbed the ninth spot in the list.

Asur - Voot Select

Asur is a mystery thriller series starring Arshad Warsi and Barun Sobti. The series revolves around serial killings and how it connects with mythology. With Asur, Arshad Warsi made his web debut in this series. When it was released it gained much-appreciation for its storyline.

Paatal Lok - Amazon Prime

Produced by Anushka Sharma's production banner the series stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Gul Panag, Neeraj Kabi, Swastika Mukherjee, Ishwak Singh, and Abhishek Banerjee in the key roles. Many trade critics and audiences ranked Paatal Lok as the best Hindi Film/Series of 2020.

The Pitchers - TVF

A web series created by The Viral Fever (TVF) and developed by Arunabh Kumar, follows the story of four friends, Naveen, Jitu, Yogi and Mandal, who quit their jobs in order to develop their own start-up company. The show was highly appreciated and has since developed a cult status. The Pitchers gain sixth spot in the list.

Mirzapur 2 - Amazon Prime

Mirzapur revolves around drugs, guns, murders and lawlessness. and depicts the putrescence, governance and rule of mafia dons and the rivalry and crime prevailing in Mirzapur. The series's first season was released in 2018 and with its season 2, it became the fifth most-liked series of all time. The series stars Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Divyendu Sharma, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Gaur and Kulbhushan Kharbanda.

The Family Man - Amazon Prime

Created by Raj & DK, The Family Man starred Manoj Bajpayee and Priyamani in the lead cast and tells the story of a middle-class man secretly working as an intelligence officer for the T.A.S.C, a fictitious branch of the National Investigation Agency. The Family Man spots fourth place in the list due to its immense popularity and reach.

Special Ops - Disney+Hotstar

This espionage thriller series was created by Neeraj Pandey for Disney+ Hotstar's label Hotstar Specials starring Kay Kay Menon in the leading cast. Neeraj Pandey along with Shivam Nair directed the series. The series follows Himmat Singh (Menon) of the Research and Analysis Wing who draws similar patterns in terrorist attacks and is convinced a single person is behind all the attacks. This action pack series takes the third spot in the list of most-liked series of all time.

Sacred Games 1- Netflix

Sacred Games is one of the popular web-series on Netflix based on Vikram Chandra's 2006 novel of the same name. The first Netflix original series was directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap. The series plot revolves around Sartaj Singh (Saif Ali Khan) a troubled police officer, who receives a phone call from gangster Ganesh Gaitonde (Nawazuddin Siddiqui), who tells him to save the city within 25 days. With its immense popularity, the series takes the second spot on the list.

Scam 1992 - SonyLIV

Hansal Mehta's Scam 1992 is based on 1992 Indian stock market scam committed by stockbroker Harshad Mehta. The series was adapted from journalist Sucheta Dalal and Debashish Basu's 1993 book The Scam: Who Won, who Lost, who Got Away starring Pratik Gandhi, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Hemant Kher and Nikhil Dwivedi, the series premiered on SonyLIV on 9 October 2020. Scam 1992 is currently the highest-rated Indian web series on IMDb with a rating of 9.5 out of 10 and the series grabbed the first rank on most liked web-series in the list.
