Popular Bollywood Jodis who are reuniting on the Big Screen!

From 1948 to 1956, Raj Kapoor and Nargis gave several hits such as Shree 420, Awara, Barsaat and many more. They both appeared in 16 films together and proved that reuniting on the big screen can turn out to be a successful formula at the box-office. As sometimes the actors and actresses themselves help turn even the simplest of stories into the most impressive onscreen sagas. Onscreen chemistry shared by the actors on the screen helped the audience to watch their favourite stars all together. So today, let's take a popular Bollywood Jodis that are reuniting on the Big Screen.

Arjun Kapoor & Parineeti Chopra - Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar

Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Kapoor made their debut in Yash Chopra's Ishaqzaade, for which Parineeti bagged the National Award for the movie. Later, the hit pair reunited for Namaste England but the film failed to leave any mark on the audience's mind. Now, Arjun-Parineeti will be seen again in Dibakar Banerjee's drama 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar'. The film follows the story of Pinky (Arjun Kapoor) and Sandeep (Parineeti Chopra) who represent two completely different Indians. Pinkesh 'Pinky' Dahiya is a Haryanavi Police Officer while Sandeep Kaur is someone from the Corporate world. However, they are united by their mistrust, suspicion, and hatred for each other. For now, YRF hasn't announced anything about the film release.

Rajkummar Rao & Kriti Sanon - Untitled film

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' was one of the films where Rajkummar Rao's supporting role opposite Kriti Sanon was loved by the audience. Now, after a gap of three years, Rajkummar and Kriti are going to share the screen in Dinesh Vijan's untitled film. The movie is all set to go on floors on 30th October with the key cast in Chandigarh. Apart from them, Paresh Rawal and Dimple Kapadia will also be seen together in the film. The film will revolve around a quirky background of a couple adopting parents. The film will hit the big screen in 2021.

Salman Khan & Disha Patani - Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai

Disha Patani was last seen with Salman Khan in Ali Abbas Zafar's action drama film 'Bharat'. Apparently, her role in the film was too short, but Disha's Slow Motion song with Salman Khan was the highlight of the film that caught the audience's attention. Now with Prabhu Deva's 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai', the pair is back to set fire to the big screen. This film is a remake of the South Korean film Veteran. Nothing has been disclosed about Disha's role in the film yet. The film is expected to release next year.

Ranveer Singh & Deepika Padukone - 83

Whether it is Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani, or Padmaavat (although they didn't share the screen together), Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have made their fans go gaga over their onscreen chemistry. Their hit films are valid proof of their super successful combination which is quite rare in the industry. As it is believed that if they are together, then the film will definitely set a record on the box-office. Now, with 83, the hit Jodie will once again share the screen as reel husband-wife. Where Ranveer will adapt the looks and style of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev, on the other side, Deepika will portray the role of Romi Dev.

Salman Khan & Jacqueline Fernandez - Kick 2

For the first time, Jacqueline Fernandez shares the screen with Salman Khan in Kick and afterward, they were seen together in Race 3 but unfortunately, Race 3 failed to leave a mark on the audience. Now, Salman and Jacqueline are ready to be back on the big screen with Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Kick 2'. Revealing not much details in the latest announcement, the reports suggest that Salman's Character, Devil (Devi Lal Singh) will be carried forward with Jacqueline Fernandez's character as his love interest.

Akshay Kumar & Katrina Kaif - Sooryavashi

A journey started with 2006 released 'Humko Deewana Kar Gaye', where we saw Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif for the first time on the screen together. They really complimented each other and afterward, they starred in films like 'Namaste London', 'Welcome', 'Singh is King', 'De Dana Dan' and many more. Now both the actors are all set to spark on the big screen with their next cop drama 'Sooryavanshi'. In the film, where Akshay will portray the role of a brave policeman on the other side, Katrina will play the role of a doctor. The film is all set to release in 2021.

Shah Rukh Khan & Deepika Padukone - Pathan

Deepika Padukone is one of the few actresses in Bollywood who gave several hits with many Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor. But the magic she shared with Shah Rukh Khan is impeccable. Om Shanti Om, Happy New Year, Chennai Express are one of her best films where she shared the screen with SRK. Now with Yash Raj Films' 'Pathan', the actress is back with the Badshah of Bollywood. Helmed by Siddharth Anand, along with him, she will be accompanied by her Desi Boy co-star, John Abraham.

Aamir Khan & Kareena Kapoor - Laal Singh Chaddha

Remember Rajkumar Hirani's super hit film '3 Idiots' in which Aamir Khan shared the screen with Karena Kapoor Khan for the first time. Well, now both the actors are all set to feature in the remake of the Hollywood film, 'Forrest Gump', titled 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. In the film, Aamir will play the role of a man with low IQ, who recounts the early years of his life when he found himself in the middle of key historical events. But all he wants is to be reunited with his childhood sweetheart Maneela (Kareena Kapoor Khan).
