Doctor Who is a British science-fiction series that premiered in England back in 1963. It follows the adventures of a Time Lord called the Doctor, an extraterrestrial from the planet Gallifrey, who appears as a human. The Doctor explores the universe in a time-traveling spaceship called the TARDIS.
