Mallika Sherawat says she has incorporated yoga in her life as she is a `yoga addict`.

The 38-year-old took to micro-blogging website Twitter to talk about her inclination towards the ancient Indian practice, which not only brings physical fitness but mental wellness into life too.

"Yoga teacher is here, I am a yoga addict, love Iyengar yoga," the "Dirty Politics" actress tweeted on Saturday.

The actress, who went to the 68th Cannes International Film Festival this year, is credited with films like `Murder` and `Pyaar Ke Side Effects`.
