Bollywood actress Kajol will be seen this Friday discussing designer friend Manish Malhotra on his own show "The Manish Malhotra Magic".

The episode will be telecast Friday, 9 p.m. on Zee Muzic.

Kajol, who walked the ramp for the first time for Malhotra at the Lakme Fashion Week last month, said: "Manish is a dear friend and when he called me for this show, I couldn't say no to him. It's not like I have anchored the show, all I have done is shed some light on the man, the designer and my friend."

The actress, who is making a comeback after four years with "Fanaa", will also talk about her penchant for his designs and her first experience on the ramp.

Irshwin Balwani, business head of Zee Muzic, said: "Manish has always been strongly associated with Bollywood. Keeping in mind the whole fashion season that's been going on, be it the Lakmé Fashion Week or the WLIFW (Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week), we decided to focus on one designer as a one hour special show."

"We wanted someone who was articulate, who could present Manish correctly and knew him in and out as a person and as a designer, and we couldn't think of anyone bigger and better than Kajol. Kajol's is very closely associated with Manish."

Some of Malhotra's creations designed for the Lakmé Fashion Week 2006 will be showcased on the show. Besides, Karisma Kapoor and Karan Johar will make a brief appearance to share their views on Malhotra and his designs.
