"It's a game by Paradox, one of the biggest game companies in the world today. It's called Madhavan's MIG. It's got a series of lifestyle games. Like how a guy can date a girl and how he can take her out, or how a girl can date a guy... And they've signed me on exclusively. No other Indian actor has been signed for the game."
Three major cell-phone companies in India have already signed up for the game. According to the company Paradox Madhavan has been chosen because he's text-savvy and he has also contributed extensively to the game.
"I've been text-savvy gizmo freak for a long time. And yes, I've contributed in developing the games for Paradox."
Maddy signed this prestigious deal on Wednesday, the same day that he shifted home in Chennai from Kilpauk to the boat-club area.
"It's like the Malabar Hills in Mumbai. We needed a much larger place, what with my son Vedant toddling around. Also, my parents live with me. And my wife Sarita's parents are also over quite often. We needed a larger place."
The house-warming is tomorrow. Madhavan's close friends from the Tamil film industry like Mani Rathnam, Ajith and his wife Shalini, Kamal Haasan, Vikram, Surya, Jyotika are expected to attend.
Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai who are expected to be in town for the dubbing of Mani Rathnam's Guru are also expected to attend.
"But first I'll have a house-warming pooja attended by my family. That's the Madrasi in me asserting itself."
