Rohit wants to rope in Sanjay, but why?

Rohit Jugraj Chouhan, a well-known face in Punjabi film industry, is all set to make a Hindi movie for which he plans to rope in actor Sanjay Dutt.

According to a press release issued here, the makers are planning a period movie which would be made in Hindi, but the story would be based in Punjab.

"We have been trying to plan something since few years now with Sanjay Dutt. I have been a fan of his (Dutt) work always and it will be a fan boy moment for me to work with him," Rohit said in a statement here.

"The shooting of the movie is expected to start by the end of this year and the film will be a co-production with Sanjay Dutt," the release said.

Rohit is currently busy promoting his upcoming movie "Sardaarji 2", a sequel to last year's blockbuster "Sardaarji".

Dutt is busy working on Siddharth Anand's film. He also has a film with "Oh My God" fame director Umesh Shukla and the third instalment of "Munnabhai" series with Rajkumar Hirani.
