Since the song was picturised on the first floor of a palace with no elevators, Anushka had no option but to climb the stairs. Seems, she ended up taking the stairs at least 25-30 times a day, over the four days that it took to shoot the song that also features Ranbir Kapoor. Well, after climbing the stairs so many times wearing a 20-kg outfit, we are sure Anushka didn't feel the need to hit the gym for a few days.
