While many true patrons of Indian and international cinema took notice of this great feat for an Indian short film, one stood out beyond others. Ace producer Guneet Monga took to Facebook to congratulate Raj and Onir.

Guneet is herself known to be one of the most evolved and forward thinking producers in the country who is known to produce edgy and content-driven cinema. Her film The Lunchbox was also showcased at Berlinale Co-Production Market.

Another person who is at the helm of content-driven cinema, Raj Kummar Rao also congratulated the team of Aaba for the win.
