Anil Kapoor who is an ardent painting lover encouraged a local artist in London.

The actor who has been shooting in London for Mubarakan for nearly 50 days, happened to encourage a local artist.

Anil who was shooting a scene at the Sheraton Hotel in Park Lane in Central London decided to venture out into the park outside the hotel. That's where he spotted a local artist, who had displayed some of his paintings for sale.

The actor was impressed by his work that he had a chat with him and also appreciated his work, and even bought a few paintings from him.

Not many are aware that Kapoor has a penchant for art, and his bungalow in Mumbai displays a number of paintings. The artwork he purchased in London will also find a place in his home.

Mubarakan is produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions and Ashwin Varde & Murad Khetani's Cine 1 Studios and is all set to release on July 28, 2017.
