Maharashtra has given its verdict and selected the most desirable woman of 2019. Actress Nehha Pendse Bayas claims the top spot. The winners have been selected from a select group of achievers, all under 40. Nehha admits that her win in the polls has only added to her celebrations as she is already in the happiest phase of her life. She tied the knot with Shardul Singh Bayas recently and has been on cloud nine since.

Nehha Pendse, a film and television actress, is known for her stint in Bigg Boss 12 in 2018 and for the role of Sanjana in Life OK's 'May I Come In Madam'. On her win, she says, "This feels great! Although being desirable predominantly comes from physical attributes, it eventually boils down to integrity, confidence, courage, experience, and self-love- attributes that I have." She also has an interesting take on what makes a man desirable. "The ability to face challenges with courage, and being a man of character and words- these are things that make a man desirable." She also notes proudly that without any godfather and social skills, she believes she has done exceedingly well.

Other beauties that featured in the list were Amruta Khanvilkar, seen in 'Malang' as Kunal Kemmu's wife; Pooja Sawant, who debuted in Bollywood last year opposite Vidyut Jammwal in 'Junglee'; and Harshadaa Vijay, the 'Lamberghini' girl. Nehha will be seen next in the Marathi film 'June' with Siddharth Menon.
