After the huge success of ''Malang'' a romantic action thriller film directed by Mohit Suri. Aditya Roy Kapur and Mohit Suri were once again ready to hit the screen with Mohit Suri's 'Ek Villain 2', an upcoming action thriller film, the sequel of 'Ek Villain' (2014) but according to latest reports now Aditya Roy is no more a part of the project.

According to a report by TOI, Aditya Roy Kapur will not be playing the lead in 'Ek Villain 2' as the differences between Mohit Suri and Aditya Roy regarding the character script of Aditya Roy Kapur has parted their ways in the work sphere. Actor Aditya Roy Kapur wanted to have creative control over the script of the film but Mohit did not agree to the terms.

Mohit Suri is now looking out for Aditya's replacement whereas the rest of the film's cast John Abraham, Disha Patani, and Tara Sutaria will still be seen in the sequel. Mohit Suri had shared on social media about the film and the star cast which also included Aditya Roy Kapur, who is no more a part of the project. Check out his post here -

Aditya Roy Kapur will next be seen in Anurag Basu's multi-starrer film 'Ludo' which stars Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Sanya Malhotra & Pankaj Tripathi, and Mahesh Bhatt's 'Sadak 2' featuring Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, and Pooja Bhatt. Whereas Mohit Suri is working on his first draft of Malang 2.
