We have seen several South films remake with dashing Bollywood heroes but did you ever saw any female actress playing the main protagonist in the remake? If we believe in rumors and circulating entertainment media reports then Shraddha Kapoor is one actress who might be seen in the Tamil suspense-thriller film Aadai's remake. Director Rathna Kumar, who helmed the original film, will also lead the Hindi project as well. Aadai features Amala Paul in the lead role.

Meanwhile, Shraddha Kapoor's team has not confirmed any developments on the floating speculations. Talking more about the film, then 'Aadai' revolves around a free-spirited girl Kamini (Amala Paul) whose life gets into stupefaction when she finds herself unclothed and abandoned after a late-night party in an office building.

According to a report in 'India Today', the makers are keen on approaching Shraddha for the Hindi remake of the film. A source close to the director told the portal, "Producer Arun Pandian, who holds the remake rights of the film, has sold it to a popular production house in Mumbai. They have initiated talks with Shraddha Kapoor and she has expressed interest to be a part of the project as well. However, nothing has been finalized yet."

'Aadai' which means 'Clothes' is an Indian Tamil-language (2019) film directed by Rathna Kumar and produced by Viji under the production banner V Studios. The film was released on July 19th, 2019, and received positive reviews from the audience and critics. The film is also available on Amazon Prime digital platform.
