Varun Dhawan, one of the most energetic and popular actors of Bollywood has bagged 3 films this year. After the success of 'Judwaa 2', Dhawan once again reunites with Sajid Nadiadwala after 3 years for an upcoming actioner 'Sanki'. Reportedly, Varun loved the script as it is a masala action film, space that Varun's favourite.

Written by Rajat Arora, the director of the film is yet unknown. Varun will undergo 2 months' preparations for the film before it begins "The actor and filmmaker were planning to do a film together but they weren't getting the right script. Sanki fits the bill perfectly and it's going to be a well-mounted commercial actioner. Nadiadwala had the rights to the title too and they decided to use it for this movie.", a source revealed.

Varun Dhawan's other projects include David Dhawan's 'Coolie No.1', a comedy film that stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead role. He has also signed Raj Mehta's next film bankrolled by Karan Johar, shooting of which will begin soon. Apart from that, he will also be seen in Sriram Raghavan's 'Ekkis' but the schedule for the same has not been finalized yet.
