From so long, the updates related to the upcoming films of Bollywood's Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan has not come. Where other stars are releasing their big movies on the OTT platform, this actor has taken some break after Aanand L. Rai's "Zero". But now, it's like he has locked multiple flicks for his fans, and in the upcoming years, there would be various projects, one of them is Atlee Kumar's next. Atlee is popularly known in the South film industry for his blockbuster movies, and is now collaborating with SRK.

Reportedly, Shah Rukh will be seen in a double role in which he'll be an investigation officer and a most-wanted criminal. The film, temporarily titled as 'Sanki', chronicles the journey of these two totally different characters and their fight. Currently, the director is working on the final draft of the script with the team of Karan Johar's writers. In the film, Shah Rukh Khan, who is mostly known for his romantic avatars, is going to enrobe in the Police Uniform for the first time in his career.

The film of Atlee Kumar is not going to be SRK's instant next as he will first complete Siddharth Anand's "Pathan", that features John Abraham as the main opposition while Deepika Padukone is playing the female lead. The shoot of Pathan is assumed to begin soon and will continue until the mid-2021. After wrapping it up, SRK will commence Rajkumar Hirani's upcoming social-comedy and Atlee Kumar's action-entertainer.
