The lockdown in the country has enabled us to watch our favourite films and shows in the comfort of our places. However, one cannot deny the fact that the experience of watching a big film on the silver screen is way far entertaining, especially for the film buffs. As there is no certainty about the re-opening of cinemas, the makers of 'Khaali Peeli' starring Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter has decided to premiere the film through their new initiative called Supermoon Drive-in, and the fans just can't keep calm. 

Some of you must be wondering that what's 'Drive-in', well, Drive-in allows you to enjoy a film on the big screen while sitting at the comfort of your automobiles. And guess what, 'Khaali Peeli' is the first Bollywood film amid the lockdown to premiere at drive-in theatres in Gurugram and Bengaluru.  

Swaroop Banerjee, COO and the business head of Zee live, shared his views about this initiative and said, "The drive-in premiere will enable audiences to step out and watch the movie from the safety of their cars at Backyard Sports Club in Gurugram and Phoenix Market City in Bengaluru."

Apart from 'Khaali Peeli', 'Ka Pae Ranasingam', an upcoming Tamil film starring Vijay Sethupathy will also premiere in Bengaluru. 

Directed by Maqbool Khan, Khaali Peeli is a romantic-action film that also stars Jaideep Ahlawat along with Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter in the lead roles. The film is set to premiere in Zee Plex on 2nd October simultaneously with a Drive-in premiere in Bengaluru and Gurugram.
