Alia Bhatt is one of those Bollywood actresses who gained success in a very short period and has a huge fan following among her fans. Even her social media is proof of it but for the past couple of months amid Sushant Singh Rajput's death, netizens took to their respective social media handles and blamed the star kids for the circumstances. Alia Bhatt was also among those stars. Result of which she lost her many followers on social media platforms. Consciously she stopped using her photo-sharing app but now when she gets her followers back and crossed the number of 50 million followers, the actress took to her Instagram and shared an admiration post. Although, on Sunday morning her followers dropped down to 49. 9 million.

Alia Bhatt penned an appreciation note for her fans and denoted them as her family. She further added about her experience she faced in the last couple of months and mentioned, social media is a mode of connecting everyone but it doesn't define us. Alia Bhatt wrote on her Instagram post, "Today is appreciation day.. thank you my family.. my people.. you have today given me 50M love.. I love you ALL to the stars and beyond. I'd like to take this moment to share something I've learned over the last couple of months.. social media connects us.. it excites us and yes it also entertains us.. but IT IS NOT US." Today is appreciation day.. thank you my family.. my people.. you have today given me 50M love.. I love you ALL to the stars and beyond ✨ 💗 I'd like to take this moment to share something I've learned over the last couple of months.. social media connects us.. it excites us and yes it also entertains us.. but IT IS NOT US. Even when I was at 5, I5 or 50K love I was as happy and as grateful as I am today. I truly truly truly believe that our lives are made up of the relationships we cultivate with people and most importantly OURSELVES...no one has the right to make you feel any lesser or greater by the touch of a button. So as I said, today is appreciation day. I would like you all to take a moment and appreciate yourselves.. appreciate your mind, your body, your heart and your soul!! Because no like or dislike.. no follow or unfollow..no troll or poll can take who YOU are away from yourself💗 💗 Okay bye ✨😀
