Bhairavi Goswami has been a part of this year biggest hit ‘Bheja Fry' and is pretty excited and on top of the world these days for the run away success of the film. This bubbly actress has noble thoughts and thus has decided to donate her organs after her death. Recently, we spoke to her on the success of ‘Bheja Fry' and her future plan. Here is the excerpt.

Q: What led you to choose ‘Bheja Fry'?
A: It is the best film ever, a fabulous comedy ever made. It is something like the old ‘Jaane Bhi Do Yaaroon' and ‘Here Pheri'. One can see this film anytime and any number of times. It is such a lighthearted film that I suggest everyone should buy I copy of the VCD or DVD and keep it for a lifetime.

Q: How was your experience doing the film?
A: It was a lovely experience working in the film. There were so many senior artistes like Rajat Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Sarika who are all theatre artistes and so experienced. As the youngest member of the unit, I enjoyed working with them so much.

You know, there were many people who were to play the character of Suman Rao that I portrayed, but things did not work out for them and I was offered the role. There were many who told me not to take up the role citing reasons like the film has a small budget, there are no big stars and the role was not a major one. But I'm happy that I did a film like ‘Bheja Fry'.

Q: According to you, what is more important, a big banner and a big budget or a nicely made film with a good story and concept?
A: See, I think the biggest star now is money. All that is important for a film is that it should do good business. Be it a big star or a big budget, the film should do good business. See, when ‘Dhoom' released Hritik was a hit.

Today, ‘Bheja Fry' is a star, but only till the time there isn't any other film, which does as well as ‘Bheja Fry'. ‘Bheja Fry' has benefited everyone involved with the movie. For example, take the instance of Sarika who has been getting so many good offers after ‘Bheja Fry'.

Q: There was news that you grabbed the role only because of your dog? Is it so?
A: I do not know from where all such news comes. Why will I use my dog for shooting when there are so many hassles involved? One has to have a license for having a dog on shoots. There has to be a trainer's license, which I do not have.

There is a person from the ASPCA on the sets and at the censor board also there are complications involved when an animal is used. I have so many dogs and there are so many professional dogs available for shoots. Then why should I use mine?

Q: What about the slap sequence? Much had been said and written about it.
A: Oh God, I was so embarrassed for it. Rajat is such a senior man and we tried so many versions of the slap; right hand, left hand, both the hands. Rajat is so fair and by the time we finished that sequence in an hour, his face was all red. Ultimately, we decided to take the shot regardless of how it turned out to be.

Q: You have also decided to donate your eyes to Aditya Jyot Foundation for Twinkling Eyes.
A: Yes, I feel that once we die, our soul departs and our body is left useless. I do not want my body to be burnt or buried or my ashes be thrown into the Ganga.

It will only add to pollution in the river. So, not just my eyes, I have also approached an organization in Chennai for organ donation. I wish to donate all my organs and give my body for study to a university in Chennai.

Q: So are you going to spread this awareness among people?
A: Yes, I will. You know, when I approached this university for organ donation, they were shocked. But this practice is common in western countries. I will certainly spread this awareness among the people of our country. Donating eyes and organs is a noble cause.

Q: You have also worked in a children's silent film, which is believed to be India's first.
A: Yes, I have worked in a children's silent film opposite Kumar Gaurav called ‘My Daddy Strongest'. It is not only the first in India, but also in the world. It was a different experience altogether and the film as shot in London.

Q: How difficult or easy was it for you to work in a silent film?
A: Believe me, it was so difficult. I love to talk a lot, but here I had to keep quiet. It was like a punishment for me. We reached London on Saturday and the director told us too try and not talk or talk less till we begin our shoot on Monday. While shooting also it was like loosing one of your senses because you were not allowed to talk.

Q: So what is your future plans?
A: I have a few film offers in the pipeline. But for now, I'm looking forward to my film ‘My Daddy Strongest'. ‘Bheja Fry' cannot be called my film because it was about Vinay Pathak. But ‘My Day Strongest' can certainly be called my film.

Here I'm working with children and it is so nice working with them. You know children are never conscious about their looks, make-up or things like that. I also have a Telugu film in the pipeline and I think I will sign it because they are offering me a lot of money for it. - Mili Swarnakar
