Mumbai police are taking strict action against those who are not following the COVID-19 protocols and this time the officials have triggered Khan's brothers for breaking the rules. Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, and his son Nirvaan Khan returned from Dubai on December 25, 2020, in Mumbai. As per the rules, the three were supposed to be quarantined at a hotel but the Khan members skipped the isolation phase and went straight home to celebrate Salman Khan's birthday.
On violating the COVID-19 guidelines, FIR was lodged against the Khan brothers and now as per the reports, they have been sent to a five-star hotel for quarantine for seven days. Once they will complete their isolation phase, they will undergo an RT-PCR test for one more time.
As per the ANI report, the FIR has been lodged by a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) medical officer, under Section 188 IPC under 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act.
The Mumbai police are also tracing those people who came in contact with Arbaaz, Sohail and Nirvaan at Salman Khan's birthday bash. As per the FIR reports, the three need to quarantine themselves at Hotel Taj in Mumbai although while breaking the guidelines they went to their Bandra home directly.
