Vijay Sethupathi has become that actor with whom the entire Bollywood wants to work. The actor has already signed Raj & DK's directorial web-series, 'Gavar' alongside Shahid Kapoor and apart from this, Vijay is also working in Santosh Sivan's film, 'Mumbaikar'. Now, as per the reports the South star will be seen next in Sriram Raghavan's untitled project alongside Katrina Kaif. Well, earlier Sriram Raghavan was set to work with Varun Dhawan in the biopic film, 'Ekkis' based on the life of second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal. But due to the big-budget venture, Sriram preferred to hold the project amid the pandemic.

Result of which Sriram Raghavan decided to focus on the other projects and bring his new venture on the floors. The director has also found his leading lady in Katrina Kaif who will pair opposite Vijay in the film. The pairing is quite interesting as Katrina and Vijay will share the screen for the very first time. Sriram who is known for directing different kinds of films was able to convince Vijay and Katrina to come on board for the project.

On the work front, Katrina will share the screen space with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the horror-comedy film 'Phone Bhoot', helmed by Gurmeet Singh and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. She is also waiting for her next release Rohit Shetty's cop universe 'Sooryavanshi' opposite Akshay Kumar. She has also been confirmed to be a part of Ali Abbas Zaffar's next untitled superhero film.

On the other side, the much-awaited teaser of Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming movie 'Tughlaq Durbar' was released on Monday. In the film, he will play the role of a short-term memory loss patient. The film also stars Manjima Mohan and Raashi Khanna in pivotal roles. Apart from this, he is waiting for his next release 'Master' featuring Vijay in the protagonist role, which will hit the theatres on January 13, 2021.
