Recently, the Hindu University of America has conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Hindu Studies to Anupam Kher. The Florida-based university conferred an honorary PHD in Hindu Studies to the actor at a special event here on Saturday.
Recently, in an interview to news agency PTI, Anupam Kher said, "I am honored to receive this title. It is a very prestigious title and this moment has always been one of the major highlights of my life. This title will give me a platform to talk about the philosophy of Hinduism and the philosophy of the oldest culture in the world."
