Former Miss World Priyanka Chopra has been replaced by Aarti Chhabria, former Miss India Worldwide, in what was to be her debut film Raja Bhaiyya opposite Govinda. Grapevine has it that producer Kalyani Singh found Priyanka "one of the most unprofessional actresses in Bollywood".

Priyanka's replacement Aarti had a decent debut in the recently-released Tumse Achcha Kaun Hai.Change of actress is not a new thing for Maan Singh Deep, the presenter of the film. He has had three directors and two heroes changed from the film before - directors Anees Bazmee, Rajiv Kaul and Praful Aprekh and second leads Chandrachur Singh and Sahil Khan.
