Q. Which songs are you enjoying most these days?
A. I am a song freak girl. There number of songs that I am enjoying right now, but from the recent ones, you can say that the songs of Race are really catchy.

Q.Which film songs from the recent releases have appealed most to you?
A. Again as I said I loved the songs from Race. But the songs which really touched my heart are from Tare Zameen Par.

Q. What do you like most – original or remix?
A. Nothing can replace original. These remixes may sound interesting to the disco lovers, but it is in some way or the other taking out the real flavor from a song.

Q. Which are your five all time favorite songs?
A. There are many. But at present, what I can remember is Aaja nachle, ishq hua... and pehli najar me...

Q. Which is your favorite romantic song?
A. Instead there are two romantic numbers which are close to my heart. The first one is Suraj hua madham and the other is Roop tera mastana.

Q. Which opinion is most close to your heart – 'Today's songs are better than oldies', 'Today's songs are as good as oldies had been' or 'Today's songs are worse than oldies'?
A. Today's songs are as good as oldies as they have their own charm.

Q. How do you look at the concept – Old is Gold?
A. Old is definitely gold as I feel even when we get old, we would say that the songs composed in our times were good. I feel that whatever is held in past, you can't leave that and the old thing always remains better than the present ones. - Swati Dey
