The next film of Ajay Devgan-Madhuri Nene, Yeh Raaste Hai Pyar Ke has run into trouble owing to differences between Devgan and the film's director.
The film, a love story that has Madhuri playing a mentally-deranged woman (for the first time), was slated to hit the turnstiles on August 10 but the release has been postponed till September 1. The grapevine has it that Ajay, who is also the film's distributor, is miffed with the film's director Deepak Shivdasani over some financial matters.
Reports say that an initial agreement between the two required Ajay to pay 20 percent commission to Deepak Shivdasani on the earnings. But when Deepak asked Ajay to give him a minimum guarantee also, the business-minded Ajay refused to do so. As a result the duo are believed to have taken the matter to film distributor's association IMPDA.
"Yeh Raaste Hai Pyar Ke" has been riding the crest of movie buffs' expectations specially because of it's attractive star cast with Ajay-Madhuri playing the lead pair and Preity Zinta in an important role.
