And that he nearly came to blows with co-star Apurva. Does the name Apurva ring a bell folks? Well he made his debut in Subhash Ghai`s Pardes. He was more in news for his affair with Mahima`s sis Akanksha rather than films.

Anyway Amarr and Apurva were shooting for the schedule of Dhund- The Fog at Mumbai`s Dariya Mahal when Apurva got into a discussion over a scene that was to be canned. Amarr interfered and just told him to do what the director said. This agitated Apurva. Thus, the haatha-paai! Sources reveal that Amarr has displayed a high-handed behaviour time and again keeping the atmosphere on the sets non-conducive. However when contacted Amarr denied the story. "Arguments do happen. But nothing of that sort that we came to blows," he maintained. Apurva did not wish to comment over the issue.
